Northwest Association of Mothers of Twins Clubs Inc.

We are actively accepting nominations for NW Officers, and we would love to hear from you. If you are interested in a chairmanship or being on a committee, send a nominating form to one of us. We will pass it on the new Board for their consideration. If you are a chairman or committee member now, please resubmit a nominating form, even if you are asking for the same committee.

NWAMOTC Nominating Committee is charged with encouraging qualified members to run for President, Vice President, Treasurer, Recording Secretary and Corresponding Secretary each year. It is the Committee's goal to have a double slate of candidates. To accomplish this task, we need you!

Candidates for President must have served previously as an NWAMOTC elected officer and have been an Association member for five years. Other officer candidates must have one year of service as a Chairmom, committee member or delegate to the Association plus the recommendation of her local club.

During convention, all NWA offices are declared vacant and the candidates are presented to the membership. Nominations from the floor also are accepted from individuals that may be inspired but have missed the earlier application deadline. Each candidate has the opportunity to make a short statement to the membership prior to the delegate voting.

NWAMOTC cannot be successful without continued participation from the membership. If you have any questions, contact the Nominating Committee members.
